On this day I am grateful for having the ability to laugh at myself. Even when nothing seemed to be going my way this morning…I could do nothing more than laugh at the absurdity of the day!

About Brandy…
Brandy is a 38 year old wife, mom, and college student. She has been married for twenty-one years to her husband Jason, they have two amazingly wonderful children.
Brandy is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and currently works at a local hospital where she has been employed for eight years.
Brandy is currently pursuing her MPH at Walden University. She completed her BS in Health and Wellness in May of 2013 and is working towards obtaining her Wellness Coach certification. Brandy has a passion for health and wellness and it is her desire to educate others in the benefits of healthy living. Her goal is to share with others the importance of health and wellness for not only body, but mind and spirit as well.
